The TV620B Case compact track loader is the company’s largest with a rated operating capacity (ROC) of 6,200 pounds at 50% tipping load. Curb weight is 16,100 pounds and it is powered by a 114 horsepower diesel engine.
Bucket breakout force is 12084 pounds and the Case CTL has a track length of 74 inches on the ground. Heavy-duty undercarriage and heavy-duty 17.7-inch rubber tracks that provide 6.1 psi ground disturbance.
Standard features include adjustable electro-hydraulic controls, high-flow hydraulics, automatic drive control, one-way auto-leveling, hydraulic coupler, auto-reversing fan, LED lights, and a one-year subscription CASE SiteWatch telematics. The standard bucket contains 1.25 cubic yards.
Technology on the TV620B box
The technological features of the TV620B CTL include the SiteConnect module, remote connectivity and software updates via the SiteManager app, as well as connectivity to the Case Uptime Center for collaborative fleet management between Case, the local Case dealer and the owner of the equipment.
“[W]We are focused on delivering extreme power and performance coupled with intuitive technologies that simplify ownership and operation, ”said George MacIntyre, Product Manager.
The compact track loader included B-Series features such as a redesigned operator interface, 360-degree visibility and an 8-inch LCD multifunction display. A rear view camera view is visible on a split screen with machine data.
The TV620B offers a selection of buckets, including an industry-exclusive 84-inch 1.25 cubic yard heavy-duty bucket with SmartFit teeth, and is specially designed for use with other heavy-duty attachments such as mulching, cold planers and the all-new CASE leveling blade. CASE will launch additional heavy-duty attachments specifically designed for use with the TV620B and have improved the machine’s hydraulic cooling capability to support the use of these heavy-duty, high-capacity attachments.
B Series controls come standard with adjustable electro-hydraulic controls. Operators can set responsiveness to low, moderate, or aggressive; independently adjust tilt, lift and drive speed; and adjust the loader arm and drive control to best meet the demands of the job. ‘Creep Speed’ allows the operator to set the machine speed to a constant / slow ‘creep’ while independently adjusting the attachment speed via the throttle for optimal use of attachments such as planers cold and brooms.
“Hydraulic on demand” performance allows the operator to select the percentage of auxiliary hydraulic flow to the attachment via the machine’s multifunction display. This allows the operator to tailor the performance of the attachment to their preferences or to the recommendations of the attachment manufacturer.
Debris build-up in the engine compartment is mitigated with a standard auto-reversing hydraulic fan. The operator can set the frequency and duration of the fan operation on the cabin display.
